During the meet and greet, we’ll get to know you and your pets, discuss their routines, and go over any special instructions or needs! This is the perfect time to ask questions, review keys/codes, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before starting our care. Along with filling out a form for veterinary information and local emergency contact person.

Yes! For pet sitting, a deposit is required. The deposit is 50% of the total job. The balance is due BEFORE you leave, the REST is DUE the day you leave.

Click on MORE INFO then Policies for this information! Once you send over the deposit, those days and time slots become unavailable to others. Last minute cancelling results in not being able to fill those slots.

Pricing also accounts for the rising costs associated with maintaining professional services and ensuring your pets remain healthy, safe, and well cared for. We offer individualized and personalized pet care! We come to you instead of having to drop your dog off

to daycare. Plus, they feel more comfortable at home!

At this time, we do not offer overnight stays. Most pets are comfortable and sleep through the night, allowing clients to avoid the added expense of overnight care while still receiving attentive daytime and evening visits.

Yes. Custom extended visit times are available and billed at an additional rate of $1 per minute beyond the scheduled service time.

We do, but they are tough to squeeze in. Melissa will always let you know whether or not we can help out!

Yes. We provide care for a variety of exotic pets such as Bearded Dragons, Chameleons, Snakes, Chinchilla, Parrots, Macaws, Cockatoos, Rabbits, Ferrets, Various Hamsters and Rats in addition to Dogs and Cats.

We do depending on the medication! We will not pill cats but can pill a dog as long as they are not a bite risk.

Yes! The major holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s eve and Day. These days fill up fast plan ahead. Ask about our holiday fees!
